I rather like the red on the light grey. And I love the Dr. Horrible banners at the bottom of posts with a comment. Though I think it’s a little distracting since they stretch the options and aren’t centered. Mayhaps if they were centered it would look a little more balanced.
Odd, it looks all right on my screen, but basically it does depend on how you set up your browser window size. On mine, the options appear above and below it. It's an option the style I like to use offers, is to put a picture between your comment options.
