The list of actors that have both been on How I Met Your Mother and House, to be updated as with help from all of you in the comments.

David Henrie, Tommy (House) and Ted's son (HIMYM) - Not a patient, but in the episode Cursed. Is the kid with Gabe at the beginning. Also, of course is Ted's son.

Chi McBride, Edward Vogler (House) and Rod (HIMYM) - In House, as the cold business man Foreman and in HIMYM as the foreman of the worksite who asked Ted to pick out the lightbulbs.

Lyndsy Fonseca, Ted's Daughter (HIMYM and Addie (House) - She's Ted's oldest and swallowed drain cleaner in the episode Resignation. The episode where her head exploded. She's been on that couch for years. Can you blame her?

Tanner Maguire, Young Barney Stinson (HIMYM) and Jack (House) - The first child actor to play Barney Stinson as a kid. Doesn't look as much like young NPH as the second (hair not curly enough), also played Jack in the episode Instant Karma where his dad was very stupid.

Anne Dudek, Natalie (HIMYM) and Dr. Amber Volakis aka "Cutthroat Bitch" (House)- She dated Wilson and was involved in a bus accident (come to think of it, Barney and House were both in bus accidents on the year of the writer's strike. Conspiracy!) and beat up Ted for dumping her on her birthday twice.

John Cho, Harvey Park (House) and Jefferson Coatsworth (HIMYM) - The patient who loves to get choked and Marshall's interviewer from Nicholson, Hewitt, and West.

Erin Cahill, Heather Mosby (HIMYM) and Margaret (House) - In HIMYM, she played Ted's wild child sister who was finally settling down into normality. Barney sang many a song about wanting to bang her. In Massage Therapy, she played a schizophrenic woman in withdrawal from her medicine.

Jennifer Morrison, Allison Cameron (House) and Zoey Pierson (HIMYM) - We all know what she was in House, but in HIMYM, she was an anarchist. Rabble-rouser by default.

Kal Penn, Lawrence Kutner (House) and Kevin (HIMYM) - From Doctor to Doctor, the Harold and Kumar Trifecta is complete.
