Man, I'm getting sick and tired of people writing Captain Hammer as having brown eyes.
Nathan Fillion has blue eyes just like NPH. They're a dark shade of blue, but blue eyes all the same.
Leading on from that, I'm sick of people using the wrong color for eye color. House does not have turquoise colored eyes. Turquoise is a shade of blue-green like Chase's eyes. While it fits into both the blue and cyan color groups, it doesn't make it a good way of describing House's eyes. If anything, depending on lighting, House's eyes shift from steel blue to ultramarine. There... did it without referring to gemstones.
