Link from The Legend of Zelda series. All of them. See, The Legend of Zelda takes place over centuries of time and so you get to play as a new version of Link for two or three games. He doesn't really have a personality, cheesy 80s cartoons don't count, and he doesn't speak. He's a link to the player for their adventures in the magical kingdom of Hyrule.

Oh, and he's left handed. Like me. You can basically pair him with any one, because it's what you see in his character and so what you see in yourself.

And the art is from Spirit Tracks. Because I really like trains.
