From the pilot episode of Doogie Howser, MD, now playing on Hulu for America, because Hulu is weird like that.  Back when Neil was fluffy and 15 (16 in the pilot, but pilots are filmed months before the rest of the episodes so this was before NPH had his 16th birthday).  



How great are Hugh Laurie's hands?  They've got long and tapering fingers, but his palms are utterly masculine, if that makes any sense.  That man has beautiful hands.  And eyes, but that's hardly the subject of the image.


There is no way anybody consumes as much Red Bull as he does without taking on properties of said drink.  His blood probably fizzes.  My boyfriend said once he drank so much Code Red Mountain Dew that his blood fizzed, so I'm assuming the same is true of NPH.


This was when Neil dyed his hair black when he was the Emcee in the Broadway revival run of Cabaret in 2003.


Anyone who has seen HIMYM gets the icon.  Those who don't still find it funny.  Barney gets a pencil stuck up his nose after a game of trying to stick pencils in the ceiling goes array as one of the pencils loosens and bounces off the table and right up Barney's nostril.  He sits there, eyes wide, going "Am I dead?  Am I dead?"


Guys eating food are hot.  Nuff said.  Also, he was just inhaling the thing.
